3D Shabby Chic Top Hat with My Bestie

 
 
Its Challenge time again at My Bestie's Pretty
Pre-Coloured Printables challenge blog.
 
Challenge #10
 
 
I have used a gorgeous pre-coloured Bestie
Crafty Chicks 4 printable sheets
and I have printed her a few extra times and made her into a 3D image.

I have placed her on a paper crafted Top Hat

Made from a silhouette cameo file
 
I then got to shabby chic it all up using this fun Bestie as the star.
using some tulle
Paper flowers
hat pins
and feathers
